The Parish Council usually meet on the 1st Thursday of each month except July (when the meeting is later in the month) and August (when there is no meeting). All meetings start at 7.30pm in the Memorial Hall, Churchill Close, Sturminster Marshall.

At the start of each meeting, there is an opportunity for members of the public to raise relevant comments before councillors discuss items on the agenda.
